I couldn't find the bigger picture for that new layout.

Basically, you look at the dot in the centre of the picture. Try not to blink too much or move your eyes around too much.
The, you will see the colours change. BUT the image that you're looking at is ACTUALLY black and white. You will notice the change when you move your eyes to a different part of the picture.
